How it works
From upload to approved data in four steps.
No templates to build and no fields to map. This is what happens between a document arriving and clean data reaching your systems.
The four steps
1
Bring your documents
Upload native PDFs, Word files, images and scans, one at a time or in batches. Merge or split files first if a batch needs it.
2
Ask for what you need
Name the fields in plain language, or choose a saved workflow. Cypher+ does not need a template for each layout.
3
Review against the source
The validation screen shows each value beside the page it came from. Correct anything in place, and every edit is logged.
4
Export or reconcile
Send structured data to your systems or database, export it for downstream use, or move straight into bank reconciliation.
Your team stays in control.
Cypher+ does the reading and the matching. People make the decisions that matter, and the record shows who did what.
Source-level evidence
Every extracted value points back to where it appears in the original document.
Human review where it matters
Reviewers confirm extracted data and decide on suggested matches, manual matches and force matches.
Reconciliation history
Each match, correction and exception is kept, ready for controlled review and audit.
Questions teams ask
Do we need to build templates for each document layout?
No. You describe the fields you want and Cypher+ finds them across different layouts. Your team reviews the results on the validation screen before anything is exported.
What file types does Cypher+ accept?
Native PDFs, Word documents, images and scanned pages. Files can be merged or split before processing.
How many languages does translation cover?
More than 130. Translation can run on its own or as a step before extraction and summarization.
What happens when Cypher+ gets something wrong?
Every extracted value links back to where it appears in the source document, so reviewers can check it and correct it in place. In reconciliation, exceptions can be matched manually or force-matched, and the history is kept.
Where does the extracted data go?
Structured output can be exported or passed to your systems and databases for downstream use. We cover the options for your stack during the demo.
How is Cypher+ priced?
Pricing depends on your document volumes. We share it during the demo, once we understand what your team processes.
